Comes with Mattress, Box Spring, Bed Rails, and reversible memory foam / egg crate layer for the top. This bed is extremely comfy when it is all put together. There is a rip in one side of the mattress but doesn't affect it whatsoever. This bed is CLEAN, I have never lived anywhere that has had bed bugs and I never will as I am deathly allergic.
